Edinburgh’s Dundee Excursion

Native has formed a unique partnership with Unicorn Property to manage the launch of the first in a series of property launches along the waterfront of Dundee’s City Quay area.

The event is launching at the end of May 09, and is set to be ‘something Dundee has never seen before’. The production, to take place at the Clocktower building, is set on the grounds of the refurbished jute mill. Clocktower, dating back to the 1800’s has been restored into 12 luxury apartments, 3 of which are double storey penthouses, all featuring many original details.

The Unicorn Property Group is currently redeveloping a stretch of waterfront which will feature private and commercial premises, multiple artworks and monuments, and breathe new life into the waterfront.
