The Royal Bank of Scotland Group is the world’s fifth largest bank, with a turnover of £25.6 billion and 143,000 employees across the globe. It is headquartered in Edinburgh with famous subsidiaries that include Nat West Bank, Citizens Bank and Direct Insurance.
The Native Agency was asked to provide strategic communications consultancy to the RBS Global Communications team at their HQ in Edinburgh and their main operating site in London. The key objective was to enhance team building whilst also advising the team on how to best cope in a fast-moving, dynamic and rapidly acquisitive business.
Native created and delivered bespoke workshops to brainstorm and plan the on-going workload of the Communications Teams. This was tailored to take into account both the proactive and reactive nature of their work within this large and expanding banking giant. As well as practical advice on how to manage the day-to-day workload, Native also advised and provided best practice methodologies, such as employing the EFQM model and of how to optimise their resources in their increasingly environment.
