Iain has taken on a range of global project and marketing roles with Whyte and Mackay, Diageo, Jim Beam Brands and the Volkswagen Group. At Diageo, he was responsible for running a Global Programme covering fifty countries. Whilst at Volkswagen he provided business process support and mentoring for the Volkswagen Group network through the Volkswagen Management Academy. Iain is a Main Board Director of the Entrepreneurial Exchange, Scotland's leading Business Organisation of over 400 members with a turnover of over £11 Billion and 165,000 employees.
Group Managing Director of the company is Martin Beard, who is based in the Native Dubai office.
Martin has over 10 years board level marketing experience, including 7 years as a Director and senior marketer of a publicly quoted (LSE) Telecommunications company. He was a key member of a Management Buy Out team for a training company in the energy sector, and subsequently drove their successful international expansion whilst retaining core responsibility for the overall marketing strategy and tactical implementation. He has also fulfilled marketing roles for companies in television and mobile telecommunications. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a member of the Marketing Society.
David has years of experience in business consultancy and management working with large companies and organisations including, KPMG, RBS, European Commission and Deutsche Bank. He has worked internationally on productions and events for a number of prestigious clients. David is also a key consultant to international companies for communication, media and entertainment strategies.
John is a leading expert in financial instruments, asset protection and offshore financial jurisdictions advising governments and world renowned financial institutions. He established the KPMG Caribbean and Central American Network opening their first office in the Turks and Caicos Islands.
John is the founder of a private golf event corporation and has also worked on a number of productions in the music industry.
Sandy has been involved in Sales Management for the past 5 years, working on projects across the globe. He was responsible for developing focussed sales strategies and building high-level client networks. His prestigious portfolio includes Nike, RBS, Compass and the Royal Household.
Sandy set up and ran Stirling Enterprises, an independent family business with a broad portfolio of corporate interests ranging from agribusiness to sports tourism; this included a private golf tour operation in Cape Town. Stirling Enterprises clients included Fancourt Resort and DLH Nordix
He has worked as a freelance events consultant specialising in VIP liaison, working with clients from international celebrities to the Consulate General of Ireland.
